Excess Luggage...these puffy eye bags just have to go - tear through treatment Help!

Hi Smile

My name is Scandi and I am an eye concealer addict. I have always had puffy eyes. No matter how much/little water/wine/sleep I get the bags are a-l-w-a-y-s there. I recently had a few nights without my 2 DD's and slept for 10 (!) hours straight and woke up with eye's puffier then ever! Shock.

I have tried endless creams, gels, concelears etc but nothing gets rid/masks them enough.

So, I have now arrived at the conclusion that I should make a final stand and try a more advanced cosmetic treatment. I have never had botox/fillers etc and don't know anyone that have had, so please fellow mumsnetters can you help?

From what I can gather there is a treatment, which is filler injected in the tear throughs. Does that help with puffiness too? And would anyone recommend a practitioner please? (London/South London). I have read a bit about Tracey Mountford and some people seam really happy, but have also seen a recent post of someone who wasn't.

Thank you!

I have tear trough fillers. They have made a huge and positive difference to how my eyes look and how I feel about my appearance. I would advise having a consultation with someone reputable and experienced. They will be able to advise you whether they are suitable for your eyes far better than anyone on here will be able to do.

Thank you so much AgathaF.
How long did it last?
I realise that if I do, do it, how much filler I need will affect the cost, but how much did you pay if you don't mind me asking?
Did you have it done in/near London?

From my research Tracey Mountford seemed to be the one to go to, but having seen recent posts she might not be the best choice?
Anyone able to advise of a consultant in/near London/South?

It lasts around 12+ months for me. I've had it done twice now, second time lasted a little longer. Have PMd you about where I go as don't want to free advertise them really Grin.
