I'm wobbly need to lose 2 stone and my inner thighs are touching! Kept telling myself 'I'll start tomorrow' I really want to get into a lovely outfit I have but with 3 weeks what can I do? I know 2 stone is a no go, how about 7lbs?!

I hate the gym but love to walk, can also do in house workout. Please help!!

Ok I don't want to flamed for this but I did this diet and it made me feel really good. Cambridge diet is shakes and water. I lost 10lbs in a week. I'm not saying it's a long term good lifestyle choice but for 'an event' and a confidence boost its worth it - IMO. Cabbage soup would also work and could be cheaper x

Hi there's a 10 day thread somewhere in S&B, and also a Countdown to Christmas where we're getting as fabulous as possible. 25 days is ages.

I think your best bet is to get your skin looking and feeling as good as possible. Body brushing, loads of moisturiser, a litre or two of water every day. It doesn't matter what size you are, you can FEEL gorgeous and that's way more important than what dress size you are. Come and join the Christmas thread. We've got lists of fabulousness Grin xx

30 day shred. Good for toning, but you have to really go for it and push yourself. 30 minutes a day and it's all on YouTube. :-)

No I agree. It doesn't matter what size you are, as long as you feel good in yourself. (OP did specifically mention weight though) x

I found the 30 day shred on YouTube just completed day 1. I feel sick and everything aches already! 29 days to go Grin

Hurray! Feeling sick is very normal Grin

Come and join in with the Christmas Countdown as well though - cos losing weight is possible and will make you feel good, but all the other stuff (skin, hair, nails, etc) will make you feel awesome too xx

Well done! I found the first few days pretty hideous but it improved after that and I was surprised how quickly I got used to it. Longterm, I found it really helped me to incorporate exercise into my life. I wish I'd measured myself at the beginning to judge the difference it made, but I did get plenty of positive feedback!
