Not exactly style and beauty, but didnt know where to post.

My daughter has got to dress up as a superhero on Friday, was thinking of Catwomen as George have halloween cat costumes reduced.

Any other ideas?

Thanks

How old is she?

Wonder woman could be cute if she is young.

Is she allowed to make up her own superhero? Mine are wearing normal clothes with a cape which was £5 from ebay and a mask they made themselves. I didnt want to spend lots of money on something they will only wear once

Ours is dress as your hero, can be literal or dress up as grandad etc. Dd wants to be supergirl.

Ah DS school says hero rather than super hero

runs off to check

Yup phew it's hero rather than superhero much wider selection.

That said, after one particularly testing day of misbehaviour his act of contrition was deciding he wanted to come as me.

I have thankfully convinced the boy that, as sweet as it is, it would be social death to a six year old.

That said, are there any professions like a dr that she could choose?

We considered sending DS (6) as King Arthur, but I twitched and got him a second hand Batman costume off Ebay. He was dead chuffed and wanted to go to bed in it. If Dd (2) needs to go into nursery in costume we may make one up as she does have some tutus.

DS's school is doing superheroes. He was sufficiently unimpressed with my suggestions for revamping costumes we have, that we've gone halves on a superman costume from Amazon. Arrived today. Cheap and cheerful. Thank goodness he has red converse type boots!

It was £7.

Can't find a decent supergirl costume that doesn't cos a lot. Lots of them seem like a lot of money for so little material.

We ought a superman t shirt with attached cape on Amazon and my lad is wearing it with red trousers. It's awkward as he has ASd so may not tolerate it. Fingers crossed.
