Lindybop Sizing

I have seen a 1940s dress in Lindybop that I'm going to buy but not sure what size to get ? I'm a 12 but have 34g/gg bust so should I size up ?

I got the Brigitte. Am a size 14, it was woefully tight on my 34Gs. The 16 is still a bit tight (needs the buttons undone) and the empire seam doesn't quite sit below my bust, although it's a bit baggy elsewhere so I didn't bother trying the 18.
It's a lovely dress though....
I think it depends on which style you get.

I think they recommend if you are above a DD/E to buy a size bigger than usual. Lindy bop dresses are lovely smile enjoy!

Can I ask a question please op?

I was looking at a dress too but I'm a large 12/small 14 so I'm worried about ordering! (I'm particularly erm enhanced around my shoulders/upper arms! ) should I size up?

Thanks I'll get the 14 then.

Sorry I don't know what size, I've never got anything from them before

I think it depends on which style you're getting. I bought the ophelia in a 14 yet I'm a definite 16. Needed a 16 in a different style tho and could have done with bigger. So confusing!

Hmm, I'm considering ordering two and returning, I'll take a look at the returns policy smile

It's the Juliet one I'm looking at, 1940s style

Might just order both and send one back

Do you know the returns policy lilac? I can't seem to find it but I'm on my phone so not the best way to view the site!

They have really variable sizing - im a 12 and I have tight 14s and loose 10s.

Lovely dresses, though :-)

You have to return with 14 days and it takes up to 5 days to process. Will order a 12 and 14 and send back one. Seems easy.

If you send back everything they refund your postage too

I bought this dress

I am a 14 waist and hips with 34F bust. I ordered the size 16 and it fitted perfectly.
