Hair Extensions

Does anyone have a good recommendation for 'proper' hair extensions in London?
I want somewhere that will put them in but also cut them and style them with my hair. (I've had them done before but have had to go to a hairdresser's afterwards to get them shaped in)

You're all just going to tell me extensions are a mistake, aren't you...

If you look on the Pro Styles website they have a list of salons that do them, I assume there may be a few in London.
