I've tried browzings and it gives good definition & looks natural, but doesn't work so well in covering gaps. I've got 1 fairly big gap (from years of overplucking) and only a pencil fills it properly.

I could tell you...but I'd rather show you. But I don't even know how to anymore.

It's effective in hiding my bald spots (in my eyebrows) and helps with shaping and making them look neater. All the other pencils, waxes and pots are either too heavy, or too light. The browzings gives you a two shade palette which really helps with shading and gradiating (I know it's not a word, but I'm sure you know what I mean). Also, less oily and the colour is more concentrated.

I could go on and on, but I fear I wouldn't actually be saying anything different.

Tbh I was underwhelmed by Browzings. The powder is very orange. And the sticky wax bit seems pointless to me - I'm not sure exactly what it's supposed to do?

The eyebrow stylist thing by Sleek is better IMO.

my beautician recommended it and said the middle shade is quite 'warm' ( aka ginger)

I used to love Benefit Browzings but I agree the brown is a bit too 'orange-y' and you always run out of the wax first and have loads of colour left on its own. Plus it gets messy with the wax being next to the colour.

What I have recently discovered (I love it - the only downfall is that I use the palest colour and a tiny bit of the middle one, so the darkest colour will def go to waste) is this: www.boots.com/en/Collection-Work-the-Colour-Eyebrow-Kit_1459316/
For 3.99 this is an absolute bargain. The applicator is great, it has a normal and a tapered brush, helps to create great brows.

Could do without the fixing gel mascara as this will run out before the rest of the kit so again, not a great feature.

I have learnt that the best way to 'fix' brows is a tip I picked up years ago from a make-up artist - spray ordinary hairspray onto a cotton bud and apply to your brows to set.

Is the wax just not Vaseline?

I can't get on with it at all. It's too messy and everytime you scratch your face you end up with a clump of grubby wax under your nail.

Doesn't cover the gaps. I have mine to my SIL as did my other SIL!

Much prefer the Rimmel pencil.

I thought you were also talking about this benefit two thing

Sorry , it's a bit shite btw.

I like loreal pencil , but my brows are decidedly low key compared to some these days.

This is the Sleek one. Good for blondes, the lightest shade isn't orangey at all. It's a sort of waxy colour stick thing, the other end is just a mascara wand.

I like the Anastasia one. The colours are greyer (less warm). Lancôme did a good one too recently.
