Help me find a specific dress please

This is a little like the Tethers boots thread - ie I want a very, very specific thing which may or may not exist.

This is closest picture I've found, but I could live without the big buttons. Basically, I want a Wednesday Addams-esque dress, mini at best or just above the knee at a push (but bearing in mind that I am a short arse). It has to have the white collar. Three quarter sleeves would be the best, but long or even short or sleeveless would do at a push. The fabric must be 'naice.' It can't be over £80 or so, ideally, but up to £100 if it is perfect. Must be a real life shop rather than online.

Please help! :)

Glad it's not just me, Remus Grin

I have a very similar dress which is an old Pearl Lowe for Peacocks dress, here... Along the right lines?

Yes but prob too long - and no use if I can't buy it in a real shop at the weekend. :) Can't be bothered with a whole ebay faff etc.

Did you order the Hush Puppies?

Sorry - I am an ignorant yob and didn't say thank you. Humble apologies.

Yours is a little more Victorian/dairy wench than I'm after tbh (although both of those are good things in my book) - I want sleeker and sharper, I think.

Love the Jigsaw one - and nice fabric....

This Mango one, but maybe too much of a shift shape?

Jigsaw one lovely, but I don't want a jumper dress.
Mango one nice shape - will try to find irl to see what the fabric is like.
Not sure re the TS one - lacks definition somehow (I know what I mean but not sure I'm actually saying what I mean there!).

DP one the wrong shape, I think - and the fabric will probably be iffy, especially at that price. Thank you - am being picky but this is all v helpful!

Are you sure you can't be arsed to buy online?

This one looks very close..... (ignore the fact that the website is called Asian iCandy, really not helpful!)

Absolutely no to online. That one is cute, but I'm too old for it - I need sleeker, and less cutesy at my age! Grin

The off brief but lovely one is exactly the kind of thing I used to wear (with DMs and pigtails!) about 20 years ago! I have a pink, crushed velvet, very short and backless one when I was pregnant with dd2!

:) I have been drooling over a couple of Timberland pairs, but absolutely don't need new boots!

I love it...very Chanel. What do you plan to wear it with?

Opaques and very high heels, probably.

The pic in my OP is a Chanel dress.

You could have one made. That way it would be perfect.

this one is cute

It is perfect for a very high heels and a chick look. Hope it helps.

Too little girly - I am old!

Wouldn't have a clue how to go about getting one made tbh, and probably couldn't afford it either.

I'm going to check out the Mango one as a first call.
