Max Mara puffa or other apres ski jacket for the big boobed

Um... what the title says really.

Going to a ski resort over Christmas for a few days. Unlikely to be skiing just because of toddler commitments and general level of unfitness. Won't be taking ski gear.

Think I need to buy a coat. I love the Max Mara Weekender 3/4 length puffa they've had for a few years and this year's iteration looks just as nice. But I look like the michelin man wearing it because of my big boobs (34HH / I). It's that whole thing of having a high neck which makes the whole chest area look like a massive mono-boob.

Any other ideas?

Where are you going? Some resorts have an amazing selection of stuff there. If you are going to a resort with good shopping, I'd wait til you get there.

Would just worry about not finding something then being coat less!

you could take your ski jacket just in case?

Yes I guess I might have to. Wanted to look chic from the start!

Anyone got any other ideas? Am I just not eligible to wear a nice puffa?

No particular suggestions in terms of items but if you are large and insist on a buying a puffa then get one with diagonal/chevron type design rather than straight lines across. I'd also aim for mid thigh or below. Longer length.

I have to say that unless you are like a rake, puffas look bad; they look bad on everyone normal sized and above.

Have a look on here.

You're going to have to throw a bit of money at the problem, I think.

Aigle Cuckmere. LOVE. I am 32F and it's fine on me. Has a elastic belt which gives a bit of waist definition.
