I did it for the first time today. I expect tomorrow that stairs will be problematic... but it certainly feels like it'll be effective.
I won't be able to do it every day, so my goal is 30 workouts over 40 days, or so.
Any if anyone can reassure me that it's worth it, please share your success stories! I've taken measurements to compare next month....
