Bikini in a month - anyone fancy joining me doing the 30-day Shred?

I did it for the first time today. I expect tomorrow that stairs will be problematic... but it certainly feels like it'll be effective.

I won't be able to do it every day, so my goal is 30 workouts over 40 days, or so.

Any if anyone can reassure me that it's worth it, please share your success stories! I've taken measurements to compare next month....

I would like to join you. Still waiting for my dvd to be delivered though. I really hope I can do this! I haven't exercised in such a long time.

It is so worth it. The toning makes you look so much better even if you don't lose tons of weight.

I don't have weight to lose but I really want to tone up.
I did my second session this morning and wow do I have some aching muscles!

I'm in :) I dug out my DVD last night in preparation for today....so this thread is timed very well! I got quite good results using it last year....but have since turned back into a slattern.

I'm aiming for 5 workouts a week.

It's going to hurt isn't it?

Anyone still there?! Day 3 Level 1 just done. Ouch.

Think I sweated out this weekend's wine at least Blush

I'm not sure my body is ever going to be bikini ready though!!

Yes I did Level 1 Day 3 today (after 3 days no exercise after minor surgical procedure not laziness!)

It's already easier than it was at first, but I think I'm going to have to be careful not to damage my knees.

We can do it!

I did this for a couple of weeks and wish I could have kept it up - it did amazing things to my body in just this time (I don't really have a lot of weight to lose but just general toning, reduction of lumps and bumps etc)!! I should start again - I just find it hard to find the time with two young children at home, and at nights by the time they are both in bed I'm knackered!

Hello! I have been doing this for a few weeks now, and I LOOOVVVEEE IT. You can get them on youtube as well.

I actually do other videos on youtube as well sometimes, as doing the same workout over and over was getting monotonous for me. I recommend keeping track which workout you do and for how long using the calander on your phone. It's surprisingly motivating!

I started doing it the first week of May (just checked my phone), and I would say that since last week I have realised how different my body looks now! I haven't changed my eating at all (but it wasn't horrific to start with) and I haven't cut down on wine or anything.

Can I recommend that you also try the "no more trouble zones" by the same woman (Jillian)? You can get it free on youtube. It lasts 56 minutes, and you really feel the difference in length. But it's really good I promise!! It's best if you do that once or twice a week, and the thirty day shred the other times.

I really loved levels 1 and 2 of thirty day shred, but don't really like level 3.

How's it going everyone? I've only done it 7 times so far but my waist seems to be an inch smaller. Not sure I believe the measurements though - I'm convinced I must have made a mistake!

I've done it 7 times as well. Haven't measured myself yet but definitely feel more toned and tight!

I've done 6 days

Was meant to do day 7 today but failed to wake up early enough to do it before work and am out tonight so going swimming instead.

Hope to get level 1 finished by Monday. I think I started a bit late though, Ibiza next Thursday so don't think my body will be ready!

I measured and I've also lost an inch from my waist, after only 8 sessions!
