Morning all,
Novice, that is a lovely thing you are doing. You will make a difference to so many young lives.

Love, love your Coach bag Turq.

Am sitting with foot up atm - decided to give work a miss as too painful to walk. Can't remember the last time I took sick leave.

Love this dress. Hope it ends up in the sale!

Novice wow just wow, what a wonderful achievement you must be so proud.

Topaz what a lovely bag, so classic

Shop another lovely bag, love that it has its own stool, hope you had a nice evening.

Had to buy some holiday clothes for dc so took advantage of Gap's 30% off at the weekend and bought this white skirt not sure about the elastic waist but will keep an open mind, also bought strappy sandals which look much nicer irl.

Not doing a great deal today so am hanging out in grey skinnies and slub t.

Morning everyone, thanks Shop. Brilliant love a new thread!

Novice that is incredible, really is a lovely thing.

Topaz that is a beautiful bag!

Mara love that AW dress, will keep an eye out.

Santa I'd love to meet you too, hopefully the next one. And I agree about Europe and a nice attitude to bodies of all shapes and sizes.

Welcome BettyK am following you now.

Dry you are definitely Charlotte!

Blair oh no, what did Nordstrom say?

Great shiny new thread.

Welcome BettyK

Topaz gorgeous bag & happy anniversary for tomorrow. Are you doing anything?

It was me who was having Le Pliage trouble, still waiting for my big red shopper to be returned from corner work but am loving the orange Planetes I have got in the mean time. A girl at work just got a small grey Le Pliage and it is very lovely.

Great work Novice - a really tangible way to give something back.

Miserable weather here and I have to take DD1 to Moorfields eye hopsital this afternoon. Think they may decide to start patching her to try & correct her long-sightedness, poor little thing.

So from last night's girly chat and extra chairs at the table for our bags to this morning's job - cleaning wheelie bins! Life is so glam.
Santa Flowers for you - what lovely things you said on the last thread, thanks for the compliment. I think, because I'm going on holiday to stay with relatively new friends, and because I haven't been on holiday to anywhere hot for about 5 years - the prospect of getting a bikini on is playing on my mind. Your words made me feel much better xx
Dry totally Charlotte. TOTALLY.
Fedup that dress is really pretty - great colours.
So nothing of interest to me in the My Wardrobe sale - anyone else?
Blair how frustrating about the shoes. Are they helping you? US customer service is usually awesome. What a PITA.

Hi all, thanks for the new thread shop, the big 4-0!

I will contact Nordstrom at lunch today because I had to bring the receipt into work to scan it. So glad I didn't throw them all away for customs purposes!

Topaz welcome back, gorgeous bag! Hope you had a great time.

Lovely summery dress fedup.

novice that's fab news, you must be so proud :)

betty I like the skirt a lot, if you want to hide the waist you could try it with a slightly cropped top rather than a tucked in one.

MW sale looking a bit uninspiring in this rain. Better get sunny for the other sales.

Linus, I ordered 3 of your asos tees to try and the size varies on each (but I do like them) they're lovely and light.
What are yours like?

My black one is an inch narrower but an inch or so longer than the navy. And the beige is different again!

Report
LinusDKD · 03/06/2014 11:28

anni I just compared three tees (rest are in the laundry) and width wise there's hardly any difference but the sleeve length varies quite a lot. Hmm

Can't say I noticed when I put them on though Blush

Thanks Linus, think I'll keep the navy. I'd need a tan to wear the black.

Just ordered some navy gigis (finally) £35 with tax and import from the US amazon site- orange ones similar price, yellow ones only £18 but couldn't wear yellow my feet would look awful.
Novice great work must feel v satisfying.
Linus and Anni I'm going to take another look at the asos t shirts now.

They sound nice secret, I agree about yellow on the feet but am loving orange this summer. Would love a yellow dress though.

Have emailed Nordstrom, so fingers crossed.

Hello all. I've had a glamorous day wrapping birthday presents, wrapping pass the parcel and sorting party bags ready for dds birthday on Friday. Ds is at home with a temperature so lounging about on the sofa eating a lunch of chocolate!

So, an unanimous vote for ddry being Charlotte. Who are the rest of us then I wonder...?

Report
LinusDKD · 03/06/2014 15:00

secret I have the 'navy' Gigis and whilst they are lovely, they are not navy. I wore them today btw as they are a very versatile colour.

I think I would be a Charlotte as well but only because the other characters are even less 'me'.

Report
Secretsquirrel13 · 03/06/2014 15:03

Yes me too.
Linus they looked more slate grey than navy but that's ok with me.
