Please help, really need to find a smudge-proof eyeliner

I have tried everything in the eyeliner department from semi-permanent pen liners, to the little ink bottles to kohl pencils, but absolutely NOTHING stays put. Within an hour its started to smudge and slide and looks crap!

I do get slightly watery eyes and throughout the day my skin gets greasy so I need some good waterproof / grease-proof stuff that'll need turps to get it off!!

Any suggestions girls? X

Rimmel Exaggerate WAterproof eye pencil
Better than any expensive brand I've tried ,it's automatic so doesn't need sharpening
I also swear by their liquid eyeliner too, again after trying various premium brands over the years

Thanks for these suggestions. Was expecting people to suggest some mega expensive designer ones so I'm pleased these are within my SAH mum budget!

This is £16 and then there's P&P on top, but I've had the most success with this make which I saw reviewed in The Times about 6 months ago.

I've tried just about everything ever recommended.

is this the one you mean

OP i have this problem , watery eyes and greasy lids. If they don't run they transfer onto my lids.
Diorwaterproof is quite good but I have a black one that's great and a navy that is so hard it is hard to put on.

Dior waterproof kohl pencil. If you put it on the upper lids, leave your eyes closed for no more than 20 seconds and it won't budge. And goes on beautifully too.

I have the same problem and have tried just about every one out there
The L'oreal and Rimmel ones mentioned here last 5 minutes on me
However at the moment I'm loving Nars' long wear pencils
If i do a winged line, the winged outer bit doesn't stay as well but the lash line lasts well, definitely better than any others i've tried out there (pencils anyway)

Seventeen's 48 hour semi permanent eye liner called Tattoo Me. I smudged it on application and couldn't get the smudge off. I actually gave myself a friction burn on my eyelid rubbing the smudge with cotton wool soaked in make up remover!!! Shock
