work blouses/tops with covered upper arms

I'm looking for something to wear with a pencil skirt or trousers. I've been to every.single.shop on the high street and can't for the life of me find a loose-ish top with covered upper arms (not fitted 3\4 top). I'm an hourglass and a size 12 if that helps.

I'm scared my strappy top+blazer combination might have attached itself to my skin by now...

I was thinking I just got this from Karen Walker in NZ that would be perfect, but I doubt you can get it there. If you spend $200 (100 pounds) it's free postage though?
