My 16 year old daughter has been suffering with her skin for the last few months. The spots are red and very sore. We have tried everything and nothing seems to be helping.
Any advice would be really pappreciated.
Thanks

Go to the GP for starters. If it's acne, there's plenty of over the counter stuff and prescribed stuff to try. But get a proper diagnosis first.

My ds is 13. He's suddenly gone spotty. Tried stuff from the chemist (too harsh) and stuff from Holland and Barratt....did nothing. We have now got Neutrogena Visibly Clear Rapid Clear Treatment. It claims to reduce the redness in spots in 4 hours. Within 2 days, his spots were not red and angry and had pretty much disappeared. When we ran out, I forgot to buy some and sure enough, he was all red, angry spots again.

Superdrug have it on offer at the moment at £2.99 instead of £3.99. I have a few in the cupboard now, as it's the only thing that's worked.

My sons were helped [cleared pretty much] by using virgin organic coconut oil as a moisturiser.

Using it to do the oil cleansing method would be good too.

Unlike many other treatments, it didn't dry out his skin.
