Help: shoes and accessories for this outfit

I need to find some shoes and maybe a belt to go with this outfit. It is for a registry office wedding and BBQ reception. I'm going to search on the high street tomorrow but it would be great if anyone could suggest where to start. I have about £50 to spend.

I think it would be great to introduce some colour - red shoes, bag and belt? Royal blue? Do you have a different jacket you could wear with it?
