London wedding outfit ideas -MN stylish please help

42 ,5ft 11 and top heavy so dress size 16 due to boobage but fit 12 jeans/skirts.
I really prefer long sleeves as my arms are horrid.
We are abroad and I've really lost touch with London and wedding styles not to mention websites.
Also first wedding invite for ages.
Something that I could order online and sent to Doha would be ideal.
Also need shoes!
