I wonder if this product is the same as Eyesential?

Cannot wear make up over Eyesential but it does work.

Oh I've not heard of Eyesential. No good for me if you can't wear make up - I look like a man without it.

According to online reviews of Fox, no oil based make up can be applied over the top. There is another product which can be used all over the face. Genie Instant Line Smoother.
