Post baby body- top for interview-help to find similar

Hi, I have an interview soon and need a smart top. I like this

It covers my mum apron nicely, and I could wear it with jeans also. I'm basically looking for the top equivalent of a shift dress to wear with my navy suit. But I'd prefer a natural fabric. The interview is in a cold city so the fabric needs to be quite heavy and I'd prefer sleeves, 3/4 length best! Has anyone seen anything similar to the warehouse top but not polyester? Thanks for help!
