Hate M&S new website?

Me too. Flashing pictures moving on and off give me a headache and are so distracting. Also it's taking ages to find what I want, too many menus and filters - why can't they keep it simple? [anger]

I agree, it's rubbish. Almost as bad as the Next website. Why can't they all just learn from ASOS? I suspect M&S have been talked into having an over-complicated website by web designers looking for things to keep themselves busy.

I've only had a quick look but seems a huge improvement on what they had before - some of the clothes look wearable!

I think the pictures of the clothes look better but agree totally that the menu system isn't that easy to use. The Next website is definitely not an example for them to follow - that site is truly awful. I wonder if they have any idea how badly these sites work on a tablet either Confused I usually just give up!

M & S also seem to have put their prices up again maybe to help pay for the website upgrade (?!) Was looking for a basic hoodie for DH and was Shock at the prices of them!!

Yes. Hate. I agree that they should have just copied ASOS, in terms of ease of use, and the features available. No need to reinvent the wheel, M&S.

It would help if they got their reviews in the right place. I was just looking at a dress and then realised that the review comments below were referring to a crystal chandelier!

Awful. I can't get it to work properly in chrome at all and I'll be damned if I use IE.

Struggled to navigate website on my tablet using chrome - eg button to add items to basket just wouldn't function. It does seem to display the clothes a bit better but not much point if you can't then buy them!
