Posh lippy

After years of wearing lip gloss and tinted lip balm I want a proper, grown up posh lippy. But I can't really be arsed having to do touch ups every 30 mins, so want one with a bit of staying power......any recommendations?

Oh and if anyone could suggest a good pinky/red shade I'd be ever so grateful

Tom Ford - lovely packaging, moisturising and good staying power but it is about 35 I think

At the other end of the spectrum, revlon lip butter in red velvet is lovely reddish colour.

Mac or Bobbi Brown. Boots no 7 do a lip stain with a balm to go over, long lasting and had nice comments about it.

There was a thread similar to this the other day apparently a ysl was the best

YSL rouge volupte!!
They're really moisturising and just glide on, so a nice progression if you like gloss/ balms, but lovely opaque pigmentation like a lipstick. Long lasting too!

I highly recommend the Burberry Lip Velvet lipsticks, especially Pink Azalea.

I use Tom Ford Lipsticks they have such good staying power. I would advise against the YSL Rouge Volupte their staying power isn't that great as they are very creamy. If you want something on the lower end of the money scale you can't go wrong with Mac their Satin or Matte finishes are brilliant and cheap too.

Not posh but good staying power is Maybelline 14 hours

Non-stop red is my favourite pinky/red
