Skin Care recommendations Please

I have oily / dry skin and am currently using body shop vitamin E cleanser, toner and moisturising day and night cream.

But recently I am suffering with horribly itchy flakey dry skin under my eyes and it is bright red which I think might be due to these products because I use bareminerals make up which has not caused nay problems before.

Has anyone else had this problem and what alternative products can you recommend?

A Harley Street dermotologist told my SIL to only use No 7 products but never Protect and Perfect as these are too harsh for sensitive skin. All i use now!
