I body brush before I jump in the shower fairly vigorously in circles over thighs legs arms and gently over chest and tummy and then 1-2 times a week use a shower body scrub. Also I find it stops or helps ingrowing hairs where I wax. But I ALWAYS moisturise with what ever is at hand. The amount of time I give to brushing depends on what time I have got but I do try to do it every day. If I lapse my skin feels rough and bumpy within a short time.
