Zoom whitening? It can be quite ouchy/sensitive, but its done at the dentist and is quick. Some people are very sentiiev to home bleaching kits.

Try using a fluoride product, one designed for sensitive teeth, for a few weeks before starting the whitening process; Colgate sensitive plus their fluoride alcohol free mouthwash made a huge difference for me. The fluoride helps to remineralise tooth enamel so they become less sensitive.

Crest white strips are good.

Colgate do a toothpaste called something like "White and One" which is excellent.

I've tried all the whitening toothpastes because like you, I was extremely sensitive to home whitening. It was agony.

This is the best I've tried. Results in a week. Even dp noticed, and he didn't think my teeth were that yellow to start with I hope.
