bronzer/tan for shoulders?

I have a very posh do in less than 4 weeks. Dress is strappy and want something to add a bit of lustre and colour to my skin without going down the fake tan oompa loompa route. I'm 50 with sallow skin so can look jaundiced.
What is a good budget product to use over the next few weeks or on the night?

I've never had a problem with Rimmel Sunshimmer, and it's very reasonable :)
