Bra Intervention Help - Yet Another Thread!

Thought I'd start a new post rather than tagging on to the big long one incase my question got lost!

Used to wear a 34D though got measured in a 'proper' shop a few years ago and have since been wearing a 32E - have generally gotten on OK with this size though the latest bra I've bought does feel a bit tight at the back and gives me a bit of back flab overhang

Anyway, have just bent over in the kitchen to measure myself Grin. 31 inches under the boob and when bending over 38 inches (though this is pulled quite tight - unsure if it should really be 39 inches)

What cup size would 38 inches make me in a 32inch bra?

Thanks in advance

Ok, have just bent over again and it's definitely 39 inches!

So, oh wise bra ones, what size bra should I be wearing if I measure 31 inches and 39 inches?

I think you'd be looking at trying sizes round about 30g 30gg 30h or 32ff 32g 32gg

Try these sizes as a starting point: 30G/FF and 32FF/F (I'm not surprised you've got a bit of back flab, you're wearing a bra that's probably about 2 sizes too small). What happens if you scoop whilst wearing the 32E? Quadboob?

The dangling measurement should be quite loose if that helps?

Slight quad boob with scooping but tbh the cup size generally looks ok but it does make me look like I have fat armpits - scooping never tends to stay in place - spreads back to the armpits

Thanks for the help - will try a 30G and 32F/FF to start with

It's bad enough trying to find E cups in shops so I normally buy Freya or Triumph

Any particular brands that are recommended for a G or F/FF cup?

Scooping only works properly if the cup is big enough to contain the tissue and the band is tight enough to hold it there.

Stick to quality brands:

Freya, Fantasie, Panache, Cleo, Fauve, Masquerade, Tutti Rouge, Bravissimo, Lepel, Curvy Kate (size down in band and up in cup).
