I recently bought some shampo, conditioner and styling products on the advice of an Aveda consultant. Unfortunately the products did not suit my hair which I was really mad about as they cost so much. I emailed Aveda and they are ordering me what ever I want to the value of what I spent most companies would have tried to fob me off but they've been great. It's nice to know there is great customer service out there.
V good to hear. I have my hair cut and coloured at their London flagship salon and my old stylist is now their main board creative director (based in US, alas), so really nice to know they're a genuinely good company.
