Dry, Fine Hair: What is the best combination of products?

I need to add volume but I also need to moisturise my hair. Should I be using a volumising shampoo & a moisturising conditioner? Or the other way around? Or does it not matter?

Aveda Rescue Remedy is worth a try. Oils really weigh my hair down. Many volumizing shampoos are actually drying. Conditioners can weigh my hair down too so I use the tiniest bit or go without. I dry my hair upside down and use dry shampoo/corn starch (am blonde) on the 2nd day - both boost volume. I also have found Wella shampoos the best for fine, dry hair.
