Have seen a few dresses I quite like on Allium B website and also on People Tree website and wondered if anyone could comment on the quality and overall fit. Any advice would be appreciated as I will need to order online. TIA

People Tree seems to be true to size / bordering on the slightly small. Quality is ok, though I just sent a dress back because the cut was a bit weird on me.

People tree are good quality without fail for me so far and I have bought 15 ish items over the years. The fabric is good and the sewing. Size wise would say about right?!? Maybe more top shop mean than bhs generous but then, I piled on a couple of pounds while I've been a fan so maybe just me!

People Tree are very good quality in my experience. I have a wool fair isle jumper dress from them that's about 6 years old and I still love it and wear it all the time (good job because it was v expensive!). I've found them true to size.

That is good to know. I think I may go for it as fancy a few dresses for no brain dressing!!!!

Love people tree, great fabrics, organic cotton is really soft. Sizing about right, in the smaller side, think John Lewis not East, just to mention two brands others have not yet quoted.

Just thought I would update on Allium B as ordered four dresses from them. The quality was dreadful. Hems all wonky and threads hanging off. Returned three of the dresses as decided to keep one as it was in the sale and could live with cutting off the threads etc for the price. But you have to pay for returns. I returned them stating that the dresses were faulty and I had an email from one of the owners saying that I had damaged the dresses and that they would not refund the postage. When I queried it with the hems they insisted they were fine and that she had tried them on and there were no problems.

Dreadful dreadful company.
