for about 6 weeks now, pretty much every day once or twice a day, plus some massage I found on youtube for 11s, and it has made a difference! smile I can definitely notice an improvement. I'm using Eva Fraser book

Ooh thanks for postingsmile, I'm so interested in this! Does it make a big difference? My neck and jowly area are starting to bother me as I get older. Are the exercises difficult? I have had that book on my Amazon wish list for ages whilst I dither about getting it.

I'm only on the beginners section banana but I think it's made my face feel a bit more lifted up and small improvement in wrinkles. (Also psychological effect possibly that I'm actually 'doing something' smile) but also 11s wrinkles are really bad and the massage has helped with that a lot.
The exercises only take a few minutes and aren't hard, it's more getting into a regular routine - I find it easy to do when sitting in traffic on commute, twice a day, although am sure other drivers probably hmm grin

Ok well thank you! smile I am inspired to get the book and give it a go.

great smile let us know how it goes. I'm finding one side (of my face) harder to 'do' than the other, at first I couldn't move some of the muscles at all blush but now I can a bit, so something is definitely happening anyway- this took a few weeks of persisting with it though

thanks pottedplant will look into rosemary conley toner that sounds good - do you know roughly how much it costs?

embarrassingly I've no idea how to do links - just had a look on youtube and it's under 'massage instead of botox' -the lady is' - maybe someone else on here will be able to link? anyway I've noticed an improvement, better than frownies, worth persevering with I reckon for me anyway
