Has anybody been fobbed off while waiting weeks and weeks after ordering . The bloody date keeps changing , I pre ordered a bag on line back at the end of October due to arrive at start of nov but it still hasn't arrived. I keep ringing every week and they always say the date has been put back. They have never emailed to let me know what's happening and they just don't want to know when I phone them . There rant over , just wondered if anyone else had to wait ages for stuff. I feel like telling them to stuff there order

Tell them to stuff it and then write a letter of complaint. Post what you are after on here and I bet loads of people will find you similar for a better deal from a company with a more reliable customer service record.

Don't put up with it. Lots of people are going to think twice before they bother with this company now.

Thanks steppedonafrog that what I thought of doing , but I used a code to get £30 off. Not sure I could get that good a deal, it's the Leycett tan bag I'm after.

I'm really surprised at that: I've always found Joules' m/o and on-line service to be brilliant.

I can get orders being late because of ... something - but Joules are usually very good at communication.

End of October is a very long time to be waiting. I think you should cancel the order, to be honest (and say why, in e-mail. No need to be rude - companies rely on customer service these days, and rely on customers feeding back what customer service has been like for them, so you are providing a service, really). And I think that if you ask nicely on mn, someone will almost certainly pass on a discount code for you - so that you can buy the bag in a shop if you still want it. Or even try re-ordering.

Joules on-line are truly awful! I have also been waiting weeks and weeks for my order. I've emailed them on several occasions and they don't even answer! By the time the order arrives my baby will have outgrown the clothes. I won't be bothering with them again.

I had to wait for ages for a tunic. After a while I tried to cancel it as it was still showing as processing. They told me I couldn't cancel as it had gone to 'packing'. But it still didn't despatch for another 6 frikkin days! I love Joules but I was NOT impressed...

The kids clothes in Joules are lovely - but it is most definitely the worst customer service (apart from American Dry Cleaners which wrecked 3 expensive dresses of mine) I have ever had.
