I'm embarrassed to admit I've done well over half, but mostly when I was too young to know any better...

Only 5. How you go through life without getting lipstick on your teeth or your mascara in your eye though is beyond me.

no 28....the mumsnet haircut!

None.

And maybe this should be in 'Style 'n' Beauty?

And how about 28 ridiculous mistakes men have made?

Report
Londonista85 · 29/11/2013 22:33

I've just realised I didn't even mention they are beauty mistakes. In my defence I've had a long week...

Is there a way of changing the title?

16!

My excuse is that neither my mum or Foster mum wore make up, so had no guidance!

I've only done 3... I think I'm just very unadventurous when it comes to make up though

BooMeowson · 29/11/2013 22:35

Ha! 15! Most of the ones from my yoof before it was really popular for false eye lashes etc.

Didn't realise I had tried out so many make-up things (and failed at so many)

Beauty mistakes men have made? I could write that list.

Mistakes men have made generally? I could write that list as well.

Sorry if I've put this in the wrong place, is there a way to move it?

14, (in the days I used to bother about make up and stuff). In the past ten years or so though, zero!

I've asked for it to be moved. Cheers!

5 but then I don't care too much about beauty.

What is wrong with block highlights? I thought the picture looked quite nice (should I be ashamed now??)

It's chat! It's not in the wrong place.

I've done most except the fake tan and bronzing ones.

Evening.

We're just going to trundle this over to style and beauty.

Hilarious that the OP is getting bollocked for putting this in the 'wrong' place.

It's chat fgs! Nothing wrong with it being here.

And I doubt that many men have left the house with lipstick on their teeth so I don't see the problem with it being about women's mistakes.

Calm the fuck down, it's Friday - cheers!

8 but then am quite limited in my makeup choices

Report
magimedi · 29/11/2013 22:43

Well done for getting it moved! Wine (which won't aid mistakes Grin )

I frequently cut my own fringe too short much to DDs disgust.

In my defence I wear glasses and my fringe is only ever the right, just not touching, length for a couple of days.

OP ignore the thread police Smile

I've done more than I care to count. My mother doesn't wear much makeup so I learned mostly by getting it horribly, horribly wrong Grin

I'm still not great at the whole make-up thing so tend towards very little really, I look better with defined eyes and lips but no matter what I do I end up with panda eyes and smudged lipstick halfway through the night Hmm
