I like them, but am not sure which size to get... How does their sizing come up?

Are they comfy? They look comfy. But I've been fooled by comfy looking shoes before...

I'm not having much luck on here at the moment...

Slainte Sun 14-Jul-13 22:56:34

Sorry I can't help with your query but will be watching with interest as I think they're lovely.

tethersend Sun 14-Jul-13 23:04:20

Lovely as in worth ordering...? wink

I love those, if I hadn't have bought 58 pairs of summer sandals I would be ordering..

holycowwhatnow Sun 14-Jul-13 23:11:05

O they're lovely. And I need new sandals. Are you ordering?

I shouldn't. Have also bought eleventy million pairs.

However, I could be persuaded... wink

holycowwhatnow Sun 14-Jul-13 23:33:12

Grrr, they're only available in a 6 or a 9.

tethersend Sun 14-Jul-13 23:36:58

Some more here and here minus a seven which I've just ordered

holycowwhatnow Sun 14-Jul-13 23:59:40

Are you guessing they're big or small? I'm a 5 usually, sometimes a 6.

I've never seen this website before but those sandals look fab! Loving most of their shoes in fact. Oh dear..

Dontletthemgetyoudown Mon 15-Jul-13 09:52:58

they look gorgeous. im so tempted, especially as they have a 42 in stock (this is a rue uk8 not a 9)

tethersend Mon 15-Jul-13 17:39:55

I ummed a bit and cancelled the order and then reordered an 8.

So I hope they come up small.

Yonihadtoask Mon 15-Jul-13 18:03:29

ooh - nice shoes.

I have slightly wide feet - has anyone any idea on the fit of this range?

holycowwhatnow Mon 15-Jul-13 18:47:56

Think I'll wait til you get yours to see how the sizes are because I have to pay delivery charges.

Slainte Mon 15-Jul-13 20:45:51

Lovely as in worth ordering, just waiting to see if anyone knows how the sizing comes up smile.

Hi everyone. I am so excited you are asking about Esska sandals. I am the owner/designer of the brand. (And a mum of 2 / member of mumsnet).
The sandals you mentioned (India) do come a bit wide in fitting. And they are very comfortable (not because they are mine, but honestly, all my friends have got them, and they all say how comfortable they are). The length is true to size, so if you are a 5, get a 5. They are generous (surely not small fitting).
The 42 on the other hand fits a bit small in length. So if you are a 41, you might be ok in a 42. If you are a real 42, they might be a bit small.
We are also offering a free pair of flip flops with every purchase. :-)
Let me know your feedback ladies. Always nice to hear from customers.

Yy, definitely true to size- I could have got away with a 7, but glad I got the 8 as the footbed is moulded and my toes would be right at the edge of a 7.

I think I have finally found THE sandals. Amazing.

Thank you sous!

sous - I have been searching for a pair of sandals for ages and have been reading this thread with interest though I don't think an ankle strap suits me but I quite like the 'open slingback flat' that i have seen after searching the brand on other websites but I cannot find many (amazon has 1 pair left) - can you tell me wear I can buy them??

sous Tue 16-Jul-13 11:36:27

Great!!! So happy they fit you tethersend.
Cheeks, we don't have those in stock anymore. They are from few seasons back. What size are you?

holycowwhatnow Tue 16-Jul-13 12:02:38

OK, I'm off to order now!

SterlingCooperDraperPryce Tue 16-Jul-13 12:29:09

Oh they're all sold out sad

tethersend Tue 16-Jul-13 13:56:18

Have amazon and notonthehighstreet got any left?

I think spartoo had some too, but not as reduced in price...

Cheeks4970 Tue 16-Jul-13 14:48:21

I am a 40 (size 7) !?
