Skin pigmentation - help I look like I have a 'tash!

Please help - three children and progressive skin pigmentation each time have left me looking like I have a 'tash on my top lip. I also have crescent shaped patches on my cheeks near the outer corner of each eye, and a patch on my forehead - though I'm less bothered by these bits.
I am religious about applying sun-screen, but they still look much worse in the summer.
What can I use to get rid of them, or cover them up - my Bare Minerals works great around the eyes and forehead, but looks dreadful on my top lip - aaagh!
