My straw hat has given up. What is fashionable now for summer - would a fedora be too poncey?

Wide brimmed straw, floppy hat. At least that's what I wear to do the gardening, I couldn't say quite how fashionable it is.

Just having acquainted myself with Fedora hats, I'd say those were modern dance autumn winter wear, them being felt. Unless you buy one in cotton confused

Perhaps I'm thinking of something else then.

To be fair I suit most hats but would like to be fashionable too - for a change!

Do you mean a panama perhaps?

Noseynoonoo Mon 01-Jul-13 17:43:52

Perhaps I do. Just not sure what is fashionable and what is 'middle-aged,.

I'm not sure hats are fashionable at all, thinking about it.

Just wear what you like smile
