I want something with large enough straps to hide mahoosove wide bra straps (wear a 34FF/G)

I might consider striped across but was thinking a dress where the stripes go horizontally and vertically might be a bit more flattering to my size 14/16 frame.

I've not seen anything in the shops.
Bit of a longshot.

Any help appreciated blush

Shit - don't think links work...
Just try googling them and see what happens... or go onto ebay and search Women's Stripe Dress smile

This one

I have it in blue and it's lovely jersey, thickish straps. Extra 20 per cent off today with discount code

Moda, one of the Asda ranges have a black/white patterned one which may fit the bill. It is sleeveless, V-neck and would give plenty of coverage over bra straps, price around £18 I think and if your size not available in-store, you can order on-line and get it delivered free to your nearest store for collection, posted to you at home, or available by collect+.

Hope you find something!

Try Phase Eight as they have several striped dresses, I bought a lovely one today but it's knee length .hit

I saw the therapy one too. Was a nice fit but too short for me (giraffe).

That's a shame, its really lovely on. They do seem to restock quite frequently though. its also available in other colours, just have a look at the maxi dress range.

Megglevache Tue 25-Jun-13 21:13:15

TT- yes I do really like it but you know when you have something in your head and it will not short- I want something quite graphic and striking- this sounds mad but something not too dissimilar to the frock that Kim Kardashian wore when she was heavily pregnant...I'm not sure I saw it online.

OMG that is gorgeous...I must have that- oh tits..out of stock. That looks gorgeous on the model.

<<looks at saggy boobs>>

I have a colleague - she's a size 18.

She has this Dorothy Perkins maxi and it is so flattering. If I had seen it on the hanger I would have said 'no way' to her, but it looks so nice on.

The DP shops stock a tiny amount of the range, try online.

I'm a 38E with a big tum Meg, and I like it. It's more of a casual, moping around the house/school run sort of dress than a smart dress though.

<goes to check out all the other dress suggestions>
