Swim tops to keep me warm

When I take my kids swimming at the local leisure centre, I have to get out before them I'm so cold! I've tried a really nice surf rashvest but it got bleached up to the waterline & looked ridiculous. I'm OK if I go swimming for myself but hanging around supervising the rugrats is a bit miserable. Any ideas anyone?

I have an O'Neil rash vest which has done fine and is nice and cosy.
