Given the sagging in the ear lobe and the brightness of the baguette cut stones I'd say they are seriously expensive diamonds, probably set in platinum.

What's your budget?

There is now info down the page saying they were part of a wedding gift from Prince Charles - so I'd agree with real and very pricey!

They're so beautiful. Sigh. Could never have a pair like that as everyone would assume that they were Accessorize.

Do have a big wedding anniversary coming up and a generous budget but think a watch would get worn. Earrings tend to come out at major events, for which I am obviously NFI. <gives Queen E a hard stare>

Amazing spot OP, they are gorgeous. Jewellers somewhere like Burlington Arcade will do copies with real stones.
