All-in-one swimsuits - a style no-no or not?

I'm trying to find something for my hols. I'm a size 12, reasonable legs but pancake chest and not so bad but not so good tummy after 3 kids. Do I opt for an all-in-one halterneck swimsuit like the ones in Boden or a tankini top and bikini bottoms. Will I get a muffin effect from the tankini top? And if I go for an all-in-one, pattern or plain. I've been looking at the ones in Boden, because getting to the shops is tricky. Any advice. Please!
