Help with outfit for VIP/ball type affair in a couple of weeks!

Can anyone help me with a few suggestions for very glamourous dresses for a really posh night I've been invited to in London? Loads of celebs go there and will be dressed up to the nines!

So what do I wear? I'm a very short, slightly dumpy but hourglass type, long blonde hair and blue green eyes.

I love coral reds, and navy blue.

I've been looking at Lipsy dresses at Next, but don't really know where else to look!

What sort of price rage? Dress size (for sales)? Oh, and do like reds and coral or coral reds?

Sorry for being vague - size 12-14. Price up to £150 for the perfect dress. I like really vivid reds, and corals.

While I really like that dress, it's not quite red carpet style enough, I don't think.
