I have once, a couple of years ago. I was happy with all aspects of my purchase. Not sure why I haven't ordered from them since, to be honest!

I still wear the skirt I bought (I'd looked everywhere for one like it) and it often attracts complements. Sizing good, quick delivery (even to France, where I live). Didn't return anything so no idea about that service, but I'd certainly not hesitate to buy from them again

A friend of mine bought some long vests in a bigger size to wear during pregnancy, and said the quality was better than she was expecting for the price.
