Inspired by the green thread. I've tried various browns but nothing seems to make much difference. Thanks

I use coppers and golds. Really makes them 'pop'.

Tan Lines by Bare Minerals is good. I also use a gold by MUA - £1 in Superdrug!

My eyes are also more blue if I've a tan.

Thank you. Any more specific products?

A little bit of blue eyeliner in the waterline can pop the blue as well.

Agree the orange/bronze tone of shadows are great for blue.

Be careful if you have a yellowish tint around your eyes, and to use concealer to have a plain base before the colour is applied.

Purple can be lovely too, a light shade, or plummy mascara.

Have you been colour analysed? Wearing the best colours for your season will bring out your eyes.

Matte terracotta and coral colours will really make the best of dark blue yes.

Deep chocolate browns and copper too.... If you live anywhere near a Nars counter go and ask, they have amazing ranges of colours and are super helpful with testing shades on you in store too. Let us know how you get on!

For me it's navy mascara and eyeliner or grey/silver. And pink lipstick.

But also wearing the right colour clothes will make my eyes seem brighter.

I've got a smashbox 'blue eyes' palette that's great, I've also got some lovely coppery MAC eyeshadows.

Me too, I can't wear the terracotta or bronze shades. They just seem to overpower me.

I find a rich plum colour looks best for me, with lots of black mascara.

Rich plum - especially ilamasqua eyeliner in burgundy and YSL or By Terry mascara in burgundy too. All really make blue eyes stand out.
