As the title says, I am looking for thick good quality cotton plain t shirts, suitable for a tall lady. Anybody recommend me a decent shop on either the high street or online? Thanks a mil!

Gap are quite a long length I think?

I always recommend american apparel don't know if they could be described as thick but ime are good quality, keep their shape and are long in the body. I have the deep v neck but they also do normal v neck for the less slutty look.

Lands end are the best I think. Shipping will cost you, though.

"Gap are quite a long length I think?"

And very thin IMO.

I want ones that are thick enough that I don't have to wear a vest top underneath and long enough for me as I'm 5'9". I am a size 12 but have a bit of a mum tum from growing to whale like proportions whilst preggo. I like dark navy/grey/black/red, keep it fairly classic. Cotton Trader's colours are a bit wishy washy. AA seem to have good reviews. Don't want to spend too much on shipping. Are Marks and Sparks any good?

Uniqlo are good

Lands End are in the UK too, so shipping is just £3.95.
I've had some lovely thick t-shirts from them over the years. Wash well too.,en_GB,pd.html

J Crew do really nice ones they last me for ages and are really good quality. I'm 5' 9" and they fit me perfectly. They sell them on Net a Porter or on their website where often they are in the sale section.

M & S are short ime. Only get shorter if you tumble dry. Shame really as otherwise the quality of the fabric isn't bad.
