Skinnies with ballet flats - show some wrinkle or some ankle?

I am between a 30" and 32" leg and not sure which look to go for!

(I am talking Primark cheapo skinnies so they are not mega skinny at the ankle.)

wrinkle if it's cool or in ankle boots, ankle showing if it's warm or in ballet flats or sandals. That's the way I wear my skinnies

Get the longer ones, you can roll them up a bit or have 'em bunched up - best of both worlds.
