Has the fish pedicure ship sailed?

My friend has a beauty salon and when she first opened about 2 years ago she offered them and they were really, really popular.

The other day I was in her salon and I noticed she'd got rid of them about 18 months ago apparently and realised I hadn't seen them around anywhere for ages

What happened?

I had one once and it was actually quite nice and my feet were fab afterwards

true, I guess manky foot skin wasn't the most interesting diet
