cellulite creams and really dry skin...

Just wondering if anyone has the same issue/problem!
I want to use cellulite cream to help my legs looking a bit more presentable, but they all are really bad for my already quite dry skin!!
When are you supposed to put your moisturiser on? Before or after the cellulite cream?
I fell it will take bloody ages to get ready everyday if I have to use both things...
Does anyone have any recommendations??
