I'm having a tightmare!

Spring has finally sprung so I have to be selective about wearing my boots to work with skirts. I have black opaque tights to wear with black shoes but I can't find the right tights to wear with shoes the same colour as these:

I have brown opaques but they look far too dark.
It's far too cold in my office to consider bare legs at the moment and when I posted after Christmas about tights for a black lace party dress, the message was clear - opaques not sheers.
Any ideas please?
