Where can you buy nice sleeveless cardigans/waistcoats?

I've discovered that due to my lumpy middle slight weight problem, that sleeveless/short sleeved cardies and waistcoats are quite flattering on me. I have a few heavy knit ones, but am looking for some lighter ones for the spring. Does anyone have any suggestions please?

i've seen some mint velvet ones on ebay
