wedding outfit for a tall pear?

I need something for a reasonably formal wedding. I am 5'9, so a lot of high street stuff is obscenely short on me. size 12 top, size 14 arse, no boobs, awful legs (need coverage to the knee), arms ok.

i had ordered a dress from Boden (I know, I know, but they do a long length on everything) and was convinced it was going to be fine. Needless to say it's horrid on. Wedding is in 3 weeks, and I'll only have chance to get to the shops once before then. has anyone seen anything half decent on the high street? budget about £100, could stretch to £150 for something that I'll get lots of wear out of.

dark blonde (hopefully lighter blonde by then ), v.pale, greeny-brown eyes. subdued colours seem to suit me a lot better than brights
