Here it is.
It costs a chuffing fortune.
I was given it by my mate for a birthday years ago and used it up. Couldn't justify another so wasted masses on soap and glory horrible scented glittery crap amongst others.

This gives your lizard legs a nice gentle sheen without stickiness. An amazing, slightly medicinal , smell and is also good for arms and shoulders as summer looms.

It is the best I had as present too and never replaced. Even the elemis muscle one doesn't leave such a long lasting glow. I think the older you are the cheaper it seems Grin

I'm going to get some this w/e I think. My legs get more lizard like each year.

I didn't like it. It smells horrible and didn't really work for me.

I rate two things for itchy legs - one is Aveeno (the oat one) and the other is a new discovery here. It's called a foot cream but says it's for feet and legs. It's excellent.

The smell actually made me heave - then again, so does the smell of the S&G stuff.

There's a better Aveeno one than the pump one. Hang on; will try to find.

This one

Just seen that they do an oily one too.

The elemis one is good for aches if you are your feet all day but also not oily enough but does work for tiredness. I might have to get this one again

'Limited edition designed printed box to mark the Diamond Jubilee and our British heritage'

Eh? Do people actually hang onto old bottles and containers because they look pretty?
Hmm

Remus, I think I have some of that upstairs! I should try it - my legs are hideous. Sometimes, if I have a bath, they crack a little bit because they're so dry Blush.

Does it make pale legs presentable enough for bare legged outings ??

Weleda Sandthorn oil is lovely - it's a bit golden as well, so gives you a nice sheen and a lovely smell.
Cheaper than the ThisW.

Does a little go a long way? Am a sucker for buying cosmetics but am wincing at the price tag...

I'm tempted as the bony bits on the fronts of my lower legs are lizardy.

I'm concerned re pong though. Does it smell anything like 8 hr cream? If so, I'm oot.

WishIdbeenatigermum · 23/04/2013 20:38

Mmm very tempted as beneath the hair mine are very dry. It's cheaper here too.

If you look at the ingredients list it's mostly jojoba and coconut oil with macadamia, rose hip seed and eve primrose oil plus a load of aromatherapy oils - you'd prob get similar results with some of the first two oils for about a fiver on amazon!!

It smells even worse than 8 Hour cream imo.
