If you use oil cleaning method on your face, do you exfoliate separately as well?

Just that really. I've been doing OCM on my dehydrated, sensitive, prone to flakiness skin for over a year now and the difference is huge - I love it. I do OCM every evening, and just wipe my face with rosewater on cotton wool in the morning before serum and moisturiser.

I use a warm wet flannel to remove it so that's obviously removing a lot of dead skin by itself, but do you think a separate exfoliator would be a good idea? If so, any recommendations for products?

When I exfoliate, I just add some sugar to my oil mixture. Seems to do the job.
