Where to buy classy black court shoes for work?

To pair up with suits and smart dresses. I have several pairs of M&S Insolia shoes but for some reason, they only do patent black and I need matte black.

Any suggestions please?

I bought these at the weekend and wore them to work for the first time today. They were really comfy and I had a few compliments. Plus they are a billy bargain in the sale.

Clarks

Those are nice Lurleene. I would have preferred without a strap really but at that price, I will order them and give them a try. Thanks!

Oh great, I hope you like them when you get them, I think they're a good buy.

Not cheap, but these suede courts from Shipton and Heneage are lovely and really comfy.

Russell and Bromley or LK Bennett.

LadyMountbatten Mon 22-Apr-13 22:43:41

Yes. They'd be £££ though

I think the cheapy Marks ones are patent - is that right? I couldn't find any non patent shoes on Marks. I've had several pairs of M&S patent and the patent gets scuffed easily on the heels.

Try Shoeaholics

They are mega-cheap Kurt Geiger shoes.

I really like wearing dresses in the summer but all the dresses in the shops are too short- I am 49 and a bit short and plump. and the shorter dresses make my bum stick out! Where can I buy an elegant summer dress that is below the knee?
